Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Leybort Marketing Agency (hereinafter — "Agency"), operating as a sole trader (JDG) in the Republic of Poland, and the client (hereinafter — "Client") who orders services through leybort.com or by any other means.

By using the website or ordering services, the Client confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to them.

2. Services

The Agency provides the following services:

• Marketing consultations
• Management of advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Marketing strategy development
• Content creation and management

The exact scope, timeline and cost of services are determined individually for each Client and specified in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Ordering Process

1. The Client submits a form on the website or contacts team@leybort.com
2. The Agency prepares an individual proposal within 3 business days
3. Upon the Client's confirmation, an agreement is concluded and an invoice is issued
4. Service delivery begins upon receipt of payment

4. Payment

One-time payment:An invoice is issued after the terms of cooperation are agreed. Payment is due within 7 calendar days from the invoice date.

Monthly subscription:Payment is due monthly in advance. In case of late payment, the Agency reserves the right to suspend services until the outstanding amount is settled.

Payment is accepted via PayU or bank transfer based on an issued invoice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

One-time services:The Client may cancel the order before work begins — a full refund will be issued. After work has commenced, a refund will be provided proportionally to the uncompleted portion.

Monthly subscription:The Client may cancel the subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. No refund will be issued for the current paid month.

6. Obligations of the Parties

The Agency undertakes to:

• Deliver services with due care and within agreed timelines
• Keep the Client informed of progress
• Maintain the confidentiality of the Client's information

The Client undertakes to:

• Provide necessary materials, access and information in a timely manner
• Make payments on time
• Provide feedback within agreed timelines

7. Liability

The Agency does not guarantee specific results of advertising campaigns (number of leads, sales, ROAS), as these depend on external factors beyond the Agency's control (platform algorithms, market conditions, the quality of the Client's product, etc.).

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by the Agency in the course of providing services (texts, graphics, strategies) are transferred to the Client upon full payment. Until payment is made, all rights to the materials remain with the Agency.

The Client grants the Agency the right to use their brand logo and name solely for the purpose of delivering the ordered services.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to disclose each other's confidential information to third parties without written consent. This obligation remains in effect for 2 years after the end of cooperation.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Agency may terminate the agreement immediately in the event of:

• Payment overdue by more than 30 days
• The Client's breach of these Terms
• A request to perform actions that violate applicable law

11. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled by a court at the Agency's place of business in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available at leybort.com. Continued use of the services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
